We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and secure wallet payments. For your convenience, we also provide Cash on Delivery (COD) on select orders.
Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours and delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary during festive or sale periods.
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be announced soon as we expand.
We only accept returns in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns.
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method after the product passes quality checks. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer.
Yes, every piece from Nayaki’s is crafted with certified materials and undergoes strict quality checks before shipping.

- Avoid direct contact with perfumes, water, or harsh chemicals.
- Gently clean with a soft dry cloth after each wear.
